Thanchanok Suppasit is the artist behind Lettering in the Cloud, working across calligraphy, engraving, hot foiling, hand-painting, and watercolor lettering.

The work she values most began as a scrap — new watercolours tested on loose paper, a circle drawn freehand, flowers placed without a plan. The pencil marks were never erased. The circle was not perfectly round. She has kept that piece for years and has never been able to make another like it.

This is what years of practice teach. The best marks arrive without force.

Ploy works across surfaces most artists would not attempt. Glass, crystal, leather, metal, fabric, stone. She letters on perfume bottles, engraves on watch accessories, paints botanicals on black glass, foils on cosmetic compacts, and paints watercolor lettering on paper and fabric. The medium changes. The hand stays.

Her past work and professional experience spans luxury, beauty, watchmaking, hospitality, technology, finance and private commissions — often live, on location, on materials that permit no second attempt.

Ploy leads sessions for groups of 3 to 10 — corporate gatherings, creative retreats, after-work sessions. She shares her process as a peer, not a teacher.
