Live engraving needs to be planned around the actual object. Before booking, share the product and event brief so Ploy can review the surface, shape, usable engraving area and the type of personalisation guests will receive.
The current engraving portfolio includes glass, crystal and bottles, including Swarovski crystal ornaments and Woodford Reserve bottles. Other products may also be possible, but material, finish, curvature and usable engraving area need to be reviewed before an event is confirmed.
Engraving capacity depends on the object, the amount of text or detail, handling time and guest flow. Share the approximate quantity and event duration rather than relying on a generic items-per-hour figure; this makes the proposed format more realistic for the event.
